Break Me Into Bigger Pieces

A juicy lemon and lime IPA. We use a high proportion of oat and a small amount of light cara malt to promote a thick rounded palate with a slight sweetness to offset the citrus fruit. We dry hop it with a large amount of Motueka which brings loads of lime character along with Citra for some mango/lychee jazz and a pinch of Sabro for some low level coconut sweetness. As well as hops we also add lots of Lemon and Lime zest, which unsurprisingly amps up the citrus qualities big time.
