Our second tarot cards-inspired Patrons Project with Amy Hastings gives us The Sun. A vibrant and bright tropical IPA, bursting with juicy flavours of mango and orange. As luck would have it, with Summer being in full swing, the second card drawn in Amy Hastings’ tarot reading Patrons Project is The Sun. We haven’t rigged the deck, honest… Recreating The Sun card in beer-form, with our friends at Kings Brewing Co, was a no-brainer: fun, bright, accessible, sunshine in a glass, bursting with tropical and citrus flavours, so much actual fruit you can practically feel the Vitamin D coursing through your veins, and a shade of bright liquid gold that looks like sun beams themselves. We used Citra, El Dorado and Amarillo to juice this one up and expect mango, pineapple, and Valencia orange to be running over it, like the light from the sun in the morning.
