This double IPA is a showcase for what is one of the best hops in the world, Nelson Sauvin. Brewed and dry-hopped exclusivly with Nelson from Hop Revolution in New Zealand. We added a touch a extra wheat to this beer and also changed the mash and water profile a bit to add a bit more sweetness, because Nelson really thrives with a bit of extra body. This beer has an absolutely wonderful aroma of tropical fruit, lime and heavy thiols that Nelson is famous for.
