01|Saison - Mistral Brasseurs D’or

For the return leg of our collaboration we welcome legendary Saison producers Brasserie Thiriez. We brewed a modern interpretation of the style, using English malts, our house yeast and a special selection of French grown hops. Alsace grown Strisselspalt and Mistral hops in the whirlpool along with a dry hop of Brewers Gold grown within 10 miles of the Thiriez brewery result in notes of rich berry fruits, apple, peppery phenols, and a dry bitter finish. Parfait!
