Cold Night Air

Hazy IPA with Idaho 7, Nectaron and Strata, brewed in collaboration with Stigbergets! Just before the end of the year, our good friends from Stigbergets came to visit! Ida, Oli and their faithful hound joined us for the day, brewing up something special with our brew team. After working together on a recipe, we added some spelt malt into the grist and experimented with a later mosaic incognito addition, maximising creamy texture and hop intensity. The result is a silky, sunshine yellow IPA with layers of melon, orange zest and cream soda.
