Twelve Plus One

DIPA with Citra Cryo, Chinook, Nelson Sauvin and NZ Cascade. Twelve plus one or eleven plus two? Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Left Handed Giant, this DIPA is part of a side-by-side experiment to discover how each brewery interprets the same base recipe. The malt grist, water profile and hand-selected hops are the same in both but you may find the answer isn’t always 13.
