Our latest triple-fruited Gose is a symphony of sweetness, salinity and sour fruit flavours. Combining the exotic and sweet profile of lychee alongside the tart burst of raspberry brings depth, with rose water adding bright and complex floral notes. Himalayan pink salt and vanilla pods lift the profile, elevating each flavour and creating a beer that is smooth, intensely juicy and ultimately balanced.
