If You Want To Know Me Look Within is an experimental NEIPA using new indie hop variety Strata grown by Crosby hop farms of Northern Oregon. This new hop variety is resinous, piney with tropical fruit notes. We've used calypso & cashmere in the whirlpool to add bursts of mango & pear, creating a truly jucy & unique brew.
