Vinum Dominus (Bourbon Barrel-Aged)

The work of a Brewer and Barrel Master is a labour of love. Quietly and patiently tending to the beers as they rest on wood until the time is right. The brewers kept a watchful eye as Vinum Dominus, bigger and stronger than its predecessor, aged for 12 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. Notes of vanilla and American oak perfectly compliment the spicy and floral bouquet of our signature Rye Wine.
