La Bracine Ambrée

Brewed since 2008 by the young artisanal brewery of the Flemish Country, this amber Bracine already enjoys a certain prestige, as it has already been awarded a silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole of the Paris Agricultural Show in 2011! This amber beer has a misty orange colour in the glass, topped with a beautiful white head of foam. Malty and spicy aromas evoking toffees, roasted malts and dried fruits are released from the glass, as well as fruity and aniseed scents. On the palate, we find the influence of malts, which is more fruity here and is accompanied by flavours reminiscent of the presence of yeast. We thus find sweet and sweet flavors that are accompanied by spicy points. The whole leads to a dry and beautifully bitter finish.
